dumbledore's army

jOIN dUMBLEDORE'S aRMY!

The Library now has a Teen Library Council for grades 8-12. The Dumbledore's Army (DA) meets monthly on a Saturday from 2:30-3:30 pm. We currently have around 8-10 active members but are accepting more! View the calendar to search for the next meeting time.

  • Window Displays: Use paint markers to decorate the Teen Zone window walls.
  • Book Displays: Each month you will select books and make signs for a themed display, to help other teens find good books to read.
  • Program Help: Help select the programs that will be held at the library. Help prepare for the programs or volunteer during a program.
  • Book Selection: Discuss your favorite books and authors with the Teen Librarian group leader, so that the Library knows which books to order!
  • Service Hours: This program is considered volunteer work which helps the library and attendees will obtain 1 service hour per meeting.
