Request a Room

You will find information here on how you can submit a request for one of our two (2) study rooms or five (5) meeting rooms, and for information on meeting room policy and payment information.

Request a study room

  • A study room can be reserved in increments of two (2) hours.
  • There is no fee to use a Study Room (East or West)
  • Requests are made only online through our reservation system
  • Walk-ins are allowed if a room is vacant but online reservations will bump walk-in use
  • Room requests can be made up to seven (7) days in advance
  • Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of 12 hours per week (combined total for both rooms)
  • All room requests are pending until confirmed.

Request a Meeting Room

  • Request a room by visiting sugargrove.evanced.info/spaces and creating an account. meeting room b view
  • Your request is not final until you receive a confirmation email.
  • Payments are due three (3) business days before your room reservation date.
  • Payments can be made by credit card online once your room is confirmed, or by mailing in a check made out to the Sugar Grove Public Library. Please address the letter to the attention of Genna Mickey, Assistant Director.

The following rooms are available for an hourly fee.

  • Meeting Room A: 75 persons, seated auditorium style ($25/hr non-profit OR $50/hr for-profit) (110 people standing room)
  • Meeting Room B: 50 persons, seated auditorium style ($25/hr non-profit OR $50/hr for-profit) (80 people standing room)
  • Meeting Room C: 125 persons, seated auditorium style ($50/hr non-profit OR $100/hr for-profit) (256 people standing room)
  • Back Porch: 10-15 persons ($0/hr non-profit* OR $25/hr for profit)
  • Board Room: 10-15 persons ($0/hr non-profit* OR $25/hr for profit)
    *Back Porch and Board Room available for free usage 6 times per organization per year for 2 hours ($25/hr fee beyond 2 hours
  • Catering Kitchen: $10
  • non-profit definition: civic groups, government, education
  • for-profit definition: businesses, homeowners associations, individual use

Payment Information

How to Pay for a Reservation:

Payments for meeting rooms can be made via our online payment system Braintree payments. You will need to login to your sugargrove.evanced.info/spaces account to pay for the reservation, and can only do so after your request has been approved. You can also write a check made out to: Sugar Grove Public Library. Please mark the envelope to the attention of Genna Mickey, Adult Services Manager in order to ensure your payment is processed accurately. Payments are due three (3) business days before your scheduling meeting date. 

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued in full if requested at least three (3) business days before scheduled meeting room date.

Credit Card Privacy Statement:

Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your reservation. Your credit card information is processed via secure access to the Braintree payments platform, not the library itself.
