The Library subscribes to digital apps that you can download to your device or read on your desktop from a web browser. For each service, you will create an account. You will be asked to provide your library card number (the full number on the back of your card, with no spaces), and your library pin number (the last four digits of your library card). Items return automatically with no late fees.

axis 360 (eRead Illinois)Axis 360

The Axis 360 app provides e-books and e-audiobooks for all ages in a consortium called eRead Illinois. The titles can be checked out for 2 weeks. The app is available to download through the app store on your device (search "Axis 360") or you can visit the website in your web browser.

 iPhone/iPad                Android

Windows Desktop      Amazon Kindle Fire

This app is different from other apps because: 1.) There is no waiting! Everything you see is available for checkout immediately. 2.) You only get 3 checkouts per month. Your borrows will reset at the beginning of each calendar month. We recommend using the 'favorites' heart icon to save titles you are interested in checking out. 3.) This app provides more than e-books and e-audiobooks. You'll also find graphic novels/comic books, music albums, tv shows, and movies!

To access the system on your mobile device, you will need to visit or download the FREE hoopla digital app from the App Store on your Android or IOS device.

libby ebook appLibby (Overdrive)

Libby and Overdrive are the same service, but Overdrive created a new app: Libby, that is easier to navigate.  Our subscription is shared with area libraries and is known as "eMediaLibrary". This service provides e-books and e-audiobooks that can be checked out for up to 3 weeks and they return automatically on the due date.

Download the app from the app store on your device, or read directly from a web browser

Enjoy digital books, images, videos and more from libraries, artists, authors and others from your community and around the world.

Once you create an account (no library card needed), you will be able to access the sub-boards of (self-published titles), Biblioboard Open Access, and Rails for Schools. All of these platforms provide unique curations from history to children's learning materials to indie published titles. Explore now!

Visit this website to get started: or download the app "Biblioboard" from the app store.
